13、省苏中建设集团股份有限公司星河家园项目部QC小组二一三年九月十四日 一、 工程概况内蒙古薛家湾星河家园项目位于内蒙古准格尔旗薛家湾镇银泽桥北侧，我项目部承建1#、2#、8#、9#及地下车库工程总建筑面积112488m2，1#楼地下2层、地上14层，2#楼地下2层，地上17层，8#楼地下3层、地上18层，9#楼地下3层、地上26层。 根据工程设计，室内外填充墙体全部采用混凝土轻集料砌块，墙厚分别为300mm、200mm、100mm。混凝土轻集料砌块是以水泥、粉煤灰、炉渣、矿渣等为主要原料，该材料具有质轻、高强、砌筑灰缝小等优点.二、 QC小组概况根据工程质量要求高、工期紧、混凝土轻集料砌块墙体砌
