2、容、一流教学方法、一流教材、一流教学管理等特点的示性课程，包括六个方面容：一是教学队伍建设，要逐步形成一支以主讲教授负责的、结构合理、人员稳定、教学水平高、教学效果好的教师梯队，要按一定比例配备辅导教师和实验教师。二是教学容建设，教学容要具有先进性、科学性，要与时反映本学科领域的最新科技成果。三是要使用先进的教学方法和手段，相关的教学大纲、教案、习题、实验指导、参考文献目录等要上网并免费开放，实现优质教学资源共享。四是教材建设。五是实验建设。要大力改革实验教学的形式和容，鼓励开设综合性、创新性实验和研究型课程，鼓励本科生参与科研活动。六是机制建设。要有相应的激励和评价机制，鼓励教授承担精品课程
3、建设，要有新的用人机制保证精品课程建设等。 开发的工具：复合材料课程的开发使用DreamweaverMX作为网页设计与程序设计的主要工具，使用Photoshop7.0和FireworksMX作为图像与动画的处理工具，调试使用WindowsXP自带IIS服务器程序。的设计语言：复合材料课程的设计语言主要用HTML静态语言与ASP动态语言完成。设计原则：布局合理，风格一致，简洁明了，构架大方，主次分明，重点突出，功能齐全，操作方便，具体的说，首页是一个的面貌，根据心理学中的首因效应，第一印象对人的认知具有强烈的影响，所以首页的可观度是很重要的其次，在容构架设计上应做到和谐！美感！统一，使学习者能够
4、很快接受到信息，掌握导航的技术，再其次，对网上课程社区应分区清晰！层次清楚，出于不同的目的和需要，师生之间或同学之间可以选择相关的区域进行发言讨论。综上所述，精品课程建设关系到高校的教育质量，关系到人才培养的质量，精品课课程建设绝不是单纯的教材建设或是简单的“课程设计”，而是一项实实在在的系统质量工程。建设精品课程最终的成果应体现在学生的学习质量、学生的就业率、学生的创业成功率和学生为社会所能创造的价值上。精品课程的建设是一项艰巨的任务，有一个长期积累的过程，不可能在短时间完成，不能一蹴而就，也非一劳永逸。它需要教师着眼于现实建设、着眼于未来发展，不断更新容，不断改进方法，使课程始终保持可持续
