基于S7-200的全自动洗衣机设计

基于S7-200的全自动洗衣机设计 摘要 本文介绍了釆用可编程控制器(PLC)作为核心控制部件的全口动洗衣机的控制系统。 通过介绍洗衣机的结构，对全口动洗衣机的控制系统进行了分析，在此基础上提出了基于 PLC控制的全口动洗衣机控制方案，并对方案进行了论证。根据洗衣机的工作原理，设计 了流程及程序，对按钮、继电器、开关、变频器等其它一些输入/输出点进行控制，实现 了洗衣机洗衣过程的自动化。由于洗涤，排水，脱水的时间均由PLC内计数器控制，所以 只要改变计数器参数就可以改变时间。具有智能化程度高、安全可靠、方便、灵活等特点。 可编程控制器(PLC)是以计算机技术为核心的通用口动化控制装置,它的功能性强，可 靠性高，编程简单，使用方便，体积小巧，近年來在工业生产中得到广泛的应用，被誉为当代 工业自动化主要支柱之一。 该设计主要描述了全口动洗衣机的匚作原理、控制系统的PLC的造型和资源的配置、 控制系统程序设计与调试、控制系统PLC程序。根据全口动洗衣机的工作原理，利用可编 程控制器PLC实现控制，说明了 PLC控制的原理方法，特点及控制洗衣机的特色。通过本 系统的设计，对s7-200 PLC的特点有了深入的理解。全口动洗衣机控制系统利用了 200 PLC的特点，对按钮、电磁阀、开关等其它一些输入/输出点进行控制，实现了洗衣机 洗衣过程的自动化。充分表现现代家电用品的个性。 关键词：可编程序控制器，洗衣机,全口动 I Abs twct This article used programmable controller PLC to realize the washer completely automatic control, explained the PLC control principle method, the characteristic and controlled the washer the characteristic.
