2、决定是否采用这个创业机会的重要依据。创业项目的实施中也会遭遇到许多的风险，如市场风险、资金风险、政策风险等。要使项目取得良好的收益，就要加强对其风险的全程监控，采取有效措施进行风险管理，以使得风险损失最小化。 而本课题所要涉及的是服务价值分析以及风险管理。本文通过文献收集整理、比较研究法、理论研究法，阐述了在项目中进行服务价值分析。服务价值分析，是指可靠地实现用户所需的必要功能，以提高其价值，取得更好的技术经济效益的有组织的活动。然而不仅是要满足消费者的价值需求，更同时要满足企业经济价值和社会的价值需求。新生儿参加游泳是新兴的训练婴儿体质，让婴儿在游泳池中通过游泳来达到锻炼，增强骨骼的作用，有
3、利于宝宝的健康成长。对宝宝的专业游泳照顾，能增强宝宝的抵抗力，让宝宝的健康成长，减少父母对孩子生病的担心。对社会而言，为宝宝的健康成长提前做出了准备，提高未来中国儿童的整体素质，为祖国未来花朵的健康发展贡献出一份力量。 而风险管理是为了建构风险和回应风险所采取的各类监控方法与过程的统称。公司的目标是追求价值极大化，而风险管理是公司管理中重要的一环，所以风险管理的目标就是要降低风险，增进公司价值。项目风险管理设计项目风险管理需要对项目实施阶段中的可能存在的风险进行预测分析，界定风险源，并对存在的风险进行对策分析，有预见性的采取各种防范措施，使可能遇到的风险损失尽可能降到最低程度，并在项目实施中出
