14、节县吐祥镇吐祥中学旁，处于吐祥镇中心地带，交通便利，通信良好。本工程0.000标高相当于绝对标高828.50。房屋层数为7层，一层为商业用房，二至七层为住宅，层高3.0m，建筑占地面积约5787M2，总建筑面积约6372.84 M2；本工程建筑类别为多层住宅；基础为机械钻孔桩基础，主体结构为框架剪力墙结构；抗震设防烈度为6度，基础设计等级乙级，建筑耐火等级为二级，屋面防水等级为II级，结构安全等级二级，建筑合理使用年限为50年。2、主要参建单位1、建设单位：奉节县祥丰市政建设有限责任公司；2、监理单位：重庆中经建设工程监理有限公司；3、地勘单位：奉节县建筑勘察规划设计院；4、设计单位：奉节县建
15、筑勘察规划设计院；5、施工单位：重庆金渝建设工程有限公司。（二）、工程承包范围1、用地红线范围内的建筑、结构、给排水、电气。（三）、项目主要施工条件 1、水文地质情况本工程位于重庆市奉节县吐祥镇，境内地势南高北低，吐祥镇属典型的山区地貌，山峦起伏，沟谷交错，地质条件较为复杂，全镇地势南高北低，海拔436 1916米，集镇所在地海拔高度820米，呈东西走向的平坝地形。该地区常年降雨量为10001100毫米，属亚热带季风气候，四季分明，春早、夏热、秋凉、冬暖，气候温和，雨量充沛，光照适宜，年平均日照为1800小时，年平均气温为16.6C，常年主导风向以东北风为主。2、构筑物情况项目区内通奉节县建筑勘察规划设计院提供的地勘报告显示，地下无通信线路及天然气等其他管网。项目区周边村民农居较多，距项目50外为奉节县吐祥中学。3、交通及其他情况吐祥镇位于渝东鄂西，东与青龙镇相连，西与湖北利川相邻，南接太和乡，北与云阳县隔河相望。奉利、奉恩公路横贯其中，交通方便。镇内主要河流有吐祥河、石笋河，属长江水系，均不在施工区周边。 4、供电、供水及通信情况施工用电从业主新设变压器引入，极为方便，施工用水可直接引用吐祥镇自来水，而各种有线、无线电话信号强，通讯方便，手机联络信号
