1、鳌江客运公司“春节运输”应急预案的温长安鳌客200813号 鳌江客运公司“春节运输应急预案的 通 知 所属各班组、部门： 2008年春节运输于2008年1月23日开始至3月2日止节前15天节后25天历时40天。根据交通主管部门、县公管所、县交巡警大队和集团公司春运工作要求结合我司实际情况针对春节运输期间既是旅游季节又是各地民工回乡、探亲、学生放假等相重合客运高峰季节。为确保各路旅客出行走得便捷、舒适、安全、满意经经理室研究制定春节运输期间应急预案。 一、组织领导小组： 组 长：毛德斌 副组长:温 敏、马相兵、余晓燕 成 员:王迎春、曾云平、马正军、蒋招国、王 频、蔡小慧、薛纪涨、王慧洲、林圣喜
2、、章好青、冯大友、陈大宝、洪 卫等同志组成。 二、站场事故应急处理： 如遇站场内消防事故特重大安全事故立即启动站场应急救援预案。同时向有关部门发生应急救援信号. 三、运力应急安排： 1、如遇旅客高峰拥挤走不了立即报告集团公司春运领导小组或与客车单位联系安排应急运力进行加班加班车辆具备加班相关手续。 2、如遇学生旅游包车和单位团体包车与车辆单位联系办理好有关包车一切手续。学生旅游包车必须经教育局证明后方可包车。 3、如遇班车发生故障、路阻、抛锚等请示集团公司春运领导小组或与车属单位联系安排好应急运力救援和运送旅客确保旅客走得了走得及时走得满意. 四、要求: 1、领导小组成员高度重视注意现场管理各
3、班组负责人认真负责大胆管理切实把春运工作抓实、抓好。 2、调度部门随时了解掌握各班线车辆运行状态道路通行和旅客流量、流向情况及时组织加班和包车业务对各种旅游包车按规定办理好手续。 3、安全出口门检。必须遵守有关安全门检和出口门检规定操作工作认真负责仔细检查一丝不苟把她两个门检关。 4、站场管理人员.使用旗笛指挥好进出车辆停放和站内秩序使各营运车辆按发车时间顺序停车严禁人力三轮车流动摊贩进入站场确保站场内车辆畅通有序。 五、站务人员着装整齐坚守岗位服从调度命令做好临时加班的客票出售和行车工作做好开车前一分钟安全宣传工作并提供优质的报务使用文明用语提高旅客满意度和企业信誉。 鳌江客运公司 二OO八
