1、摘要针对圆柱的孔进行专用钻机的设计与建模，通过电机高速旋转，带动钻头，实现旋转运动，将电机安装在安装座上，气缸推动安装座，这样就可以实现直线运动，因为是通孔，因此气缸行程只要满足大于孔的最大深度即可，因此需要设计专用夹具进行夹持。本文设计利用气缸带动 V 型块对圆柱零件进行定位夹紧，结构简单易操作，本文重点对电机、气缸以及夹具进行分别计算与设计，包括电机的功率与选型、气缸的缸径与行程的计算、夹具的夹紧与定位等，然后对该钻孔机进行建模与装配，完成专用钻孔机的设计。关键词： 专用钻机；高速电机；气缸；三维建模IABSTRACTDesign and modeling dedicated rig fo
