1、第一部分毕业设计综述 毕业设计是我们学校教学安排中的最后一个环节，是对大学四年所学知识的总结和应用，是将理论和实际相结合的重要体现，也是对我们的手能力的一个检测，通过此次锻炼能够提高我们的综合能力。本次毕业设计在指导老师的指导下，结合大学四年课堂以及实习所积累的知识，独立、系统的完成该工程施工图预算书的编制，并解决以之相关的所有问题。1.1绪论本次毕业设计的内容是编制一套完整的施工图预算书。我通过熟悉北京定额的工程量计算规则、该项目的施工工艺、认真阅读图纸及其技术规范，全面了解该项目的工程内容、技术要求及其他相关问题，从而进行工程量的计算和应用GBQ4.0进行组价以及后续的排版装订。施工图预算
2、是有设计单位在施工图设计完成以后，根据施工图设计图纸、现行预算定额、费用定额以及地区设备、材料、人工、施工机械台班等预算价格编制和确定的建筑安装工程造价文件。1.2准备工作按照老师的要求和指导，准备图纸及打印。在图书馆借阅相关资料及其参考文献，为后期工程量计算和套价做好前期准备。根据学校的安排、以及该项目的具体情况作出一个完整、可行的毕业设计进度计划。1.3工程量的计算 本次毕业设计按照建筑工程、装饰装修工程、安装工程的顺序依次进行工程量的计算。在计算的过程中，一定不能出现重项、漏项等错误，严格按照相关规范和计算规则计算出各单位工程的工程量，然后利用GBQ4.0进行套价，再根据北京市2013年
3、第五期工程造价信息进行价差的调整。从而得出单位工程的工程造价。 1.4总结施工图预算必须根据施工图纸，方案进行计算，因为技术方案变化了，造价肯定会变化。因此，本次设计，我严格以广东省高州市乐天花园酒店配套商场施工图纸为依据，通过图纸会审、工程量计算、编制工程量清单，在综合运用所学知识的过程中了解了预算工作的全过程，从而建立理论与实践相结合的完整概念提高所学知识的综合应用能力和独立工作能力。通过工程量清单编制的规范化训练、培养实际操作能力，掌握工程量定额计价模式下的工程量清单的编制的基本程序和方法。通过毕业设计培养理论与实践相结合的能力和科学、严谨的工作作风。通过运用斯维尔与广联达计价软件的应用
