1、术语词汇表先期产品质量策划APQP目标工装能力PpkDFMEA、PFMEA过程潜在失效模式DFMEA是一份动态的文件,它是在概念设计阶段或之前发布的,并且在产品开发的过程中随着变化的发生获得更多的信息得到不断的更新。它通过以下方式减少设计的失效风险:1)帮助评估设计要求,DFM和DFA;2)增加发现潜在失效模式的概率;3)明确设计的优先等级。PFMEA的目的是确保已考虑并记录了过程可能产生的失效模式以降低RPN及缺陷的发生风险。这是一个不断降低每个新零件风险的必须不断更新的动态文件。生产件批准PPAP生产件批准的目的是确定供应商是否完全理解所有的客户工程设计记录和规范要求,通过按照报价生产速率
