2、alyze the chemical composition of steel material.2. 技术要求Technological requirements2.1 运输与移动Transportation& Setting-upDF系列光谱仪用木制标准包装箱，安装现场可用叉车(承载能力为400kg)来移动仪器。如果要把仪 器移动到高于或低于地面的位置，则要用叉车或万能升降车或吊车。DF series spectrometer is delivered with standard wooden package. Forklift (carrying capacity more than 4
3、00 kg) can be used to move this instrument when installation. If the instrument should be moved higher or lower than the location of the ground, then forklift trucks or a general elevator or crane should be used.为维修与保养方便，仪器四面要留有一定空间(距离墙壁至少0.8m)。仪器自身的尺寸是1.42mX 1.30m X0.92m。此外，还要在仪器附近为打印机、计算机、氩气瓶留出空间，
4、这样工作空间至少需要10m2, 与仪器相接的所有接口都位于仪器后面。For repair and maintenance conveniently, there should be a certain space on all sides (at least 0.8 m from the walls). The size of instrument is 1.38 m x 1.26m x 0.88m. In addition, space should be left for printer, computer and argon gas cylinder, so it needs at le

9、、计算机串口等在 仪器后面。The power requirement of DF seriesspectrometer is: 220 V 10%, 50Hz, 16Adelayed safety fuse. Installation of power interrupt protects system (power relay and reset switch should be installed) and over-voltage protection (with 3 5 KV A of power voltage regulator) is recommended. The main
10、 power, computer serial port and other interfaces are all in the rear of the instrument.2.4 氩气要求Argon Gas Requirement依赖于分析材料，DF系列光谱仪使用光谱仪专用氩气，纯度为99.996%以上。安装仪器时，氩气瓶上 应配备氩气表(或氧气表代替)，及与表连接的铜管，提供给仪器的氩气压力为0.3Mpa0.4MPa。Depending on analyzed materials, DF seriesspectrometerrequires argon gas of above 99.9
11、96 percent purity.When installing the instrument, argon gas cylinder should be equipped withargon gas gauge (or oxygen gas gauge as substitute), with the copper pipe connected to it. Besides, the pressure of the provided argon gas is 0.3 Mpa 0.4Mpa.2.5 试样制备Sample preparation用光谱仪分析试样时，试样制备极其重要。制备方法取决
12、于分析材料，钢及其它硬质材料通常用托盘 磨样机或带磨机制备。使用 40-60 目的氧化铁砂纸。Sample preparation is extremely important when analyzing samples with a spectrometer. Preparation method depends on analysis materials. 16、一总开关Turn off: high voltage testing f source f master switch3.13 注意事项Notes如果知道要停电先将仪器关掉，关掉仪器后再开机需要先稳定4-6 小时，再使用，必须重新描迹。如 果长时间关闭须要在使用的前一天开机。仪器需要恒定温度 30 度，注意后面温控仪的数值，保持在 29-31 之间最好。如果温度过高或过低必须通知仪器公司，必须严格按照操作规程中的开关机顺序进行 操作。If you knowto power outage, mustpower off the instrument, when turned on again after turning
