11、illful operators, 4 drivers, 2 electricians, 2 welders, 50 woodworkers, 25 rebar benders, 25 concrete workers, 40 scaffolding men7.施工工期Construction term of works 除氧器支架砼构造施工工期为60天,采用节点控制,节点筹划为:6.85-12.150米层,12.150-14.950米层,14.950-16.650米层,16.650-18.650米层,18.650-21.650米层,每层十天。21.650-25.950米层,25.950-29

12、.530米层,每层五天。 The construction term of works for the concrete structure of deaerator bracket is for 60 days, control it with the method of nodal point, the nodal point plan is: the layers are for 6.85-12.150m, 12.150-14.950m, 14.950-16.650m, 16.650-18.650m, 18.650-21.650m, each layer is for 10 days.

13、Layer 21.650-25.950m and layer 25.950-29.530m are for 5 days respectively. 在保证质量、安全旳前提下,尽量扩大作业面以加快工程施工进度。Extend the work surface in order to expedite construction progress of the project on the basis of ensuring the quality and safety. 8.施工工序和施工措施 Construction procedure and plans 8.1施工工序 Constructio

14、n procedure施工工序为:测量放线(轴线定位,模板边线) 12.15m脚手架搭设 柱钢筋绑扎 柱筋质量验收 梁底、板、柱模板支设、加固 梁、板钢筋绑扎 梁侧模支设、加固 质量验收 砼灌溉、养护 按同一施工程序施工14.95m 、16.65m、18.45m、21.65m、25.95m、29.53m 拆除支撑脚手架、模板The construction procedure is: Measuring and marking Putting up the scaffold of 12.15m Binding column rebar Column rebar acceptance Beam

15、bottom formwork, platform formwork and column formwork installation of 12.15m Binding beam and platform rebar Beam side formwork installation Beam rebar, beam & column formwork acceptance Pour concrete Construct 14.95m 、16.65m、18.45m、21.65m、25.95m、29.53m according to the above procedure removing scaffold and formwork 施工流水段安排:按伸缩缝分段,将整个除氧器支架按两段施工:15轴线为段、1/58轴线为段,
