Today Im going to talk about “lets talk” of lesson8, PEP Primary English, Book

2、 5.Lesson 8 is mainly to show the usage of the verb “like”.As for the grammar part,it will mainly be learned in “lets learn”. Id like to share my teaching Plan of “lets talk”.It mainly deals with the dialogue about “Do you like ?”and the answers.First,Id like to say something about my teaching aims.

3、Teaching aims1. Aims on the knowledge(1) To enable the Ss to understand and speak: “Do you like ?Yes,/No,”Make sure that Ss can use these sentences in real situations.(2)can use the phrase: very much notat all2. Aims on the abilities(1) To develop Ss abilities of listening and speaking.(2) To train

4、the Ss ability of working in groups.(3) To foster Ss abilities of communication and their innovation. 3. Aims on the emotion(1)To foster Ss consciousness of good co-operation and proper competition.(2) To let the students cultivate their hobbies.Then, Id like to say something about the key points.di

5、fficult points and the teachings.Key-points of this lesson(1) To help Ss ask and answer the question: Do you like.?(2) To enable Ss to study in groups and co-operate skillfully. (3) To develop Ss interest in English.Difficult points(1) the Ss retell the dialogue.(2)use the main sentences correctly i

6、n daily life.Teaching methodsAs we all know: the main instructional aims of learning English in primary school is to cultivate pupils basic abilities of listening and speaking and their good sense of the English language. So in this lesson I will use interactive teaching methods.Next ,it comes to th

7、e most important part :Teaching procedures and purposes of my designing.Step 1. Warm-up and previewReview the new words and phase in this lesson:music ,own,cartoon,listen to musicStep 2;lead in the new lessonAsk four students come front to act phases.the teacher says the phases ,while the students i

8、n front are doing actions.the teacher says:ride a horse, play football,write letters,sweep the floor,wash clothes ,listen to music.Step 3.presentation.Now Ill mainly talk about this step. 一.Ask one of the students who is doing the action:”listen to music”what are you doing ? the student say:Im liste

9、ning to music.Then lead the Ss to read the sentence. Make sure they can say it correctly.2,the teacher then asks the students:Do you like music?At the same time,write the sentence on the Bb.some of them may say;yes,I do,others may say:no, I dont. ask several students stand up to answer the question

10、.write “yes,I do .no,I dont.”on the blackboard.let the students read the sentences.3.the teacher says;as all of you have you own answer,Have a guess:Dose you teacher ,I ,like music?Its your turn to ask me the question.The students asks:Do you like music?My answer:Yes,I do .I like music very much.(wr

11、ite the sentence on the Bb.) At present,part 1 of”let,s talk”has been presented.Parctise. Role play part 1with your deskmate.Purpose: It is important to form a better English learning surrounding for the Ss by playing games and doing some total physical response and at the same time it provides situ

Role play part 1with your deskmate.Step 3 Consolidation.Let the students role play the whole text with their partner.Ask several groups come front to act.Step4 Homework.Summ
