1、电针结合综合康复技术治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效评价【摘要】：p 】 目的：观察分析p 脑瘫患儿采用电针结合综合康复技术治疗的临床疗效。方法：将20_年1月-20_年1月本院儿科收治的124例脑瘫患儿作为观察对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，每组62例，两组患儿首先接受神经节苷脂、鼠神经生长因子、卵磷脂等药物治疗，对照组在以上基础上联合综合康复技术治疗，观察组在对照组基础上结合电针治疗。对比两组患儿治疗前后的GMFM总分（小儿脑瘫大运动功能评定量表）、Ashworth肌张力评分、内收角、腘窝角、足背屈角；评价两组患儿临床疗效。结果：与治疗前比较，两组患儿GMFM总分、内收角、腘窝角均提高，Ashwor
