1、单元设计单元名称Unit 3 Im more outgoing than my sister.1. 单元教学设计说明Section A是基本的语言部分,打好本单元目标语言的基础。运用听力(1b,2a,2b)、pair-work(1c,2c)、role-play (2d)等口语练习活动,层层递进,步步深入,充分培养学生学习目标英语的语感。目标语言(语法和词汇)是在每个单元的开始通过图片和对话框呈现的。图片将帮助学生建立一个自然的语境,让学生清晰地理解新的语言目标,熟悉这些语言在日常生活中是怎样使用的。Section B是比较级的拓展和综合的语言运用。1a,1b通过讨论在朋友身上什么是最重要的,为

2、后面提供基本句子如makes me laugh等。1c,1d通过听力继续以朋友为话题以比较级为语法谈论朋友。2b,3c是通过阅读和写作最后达到综合运用语言的目的,2b培养真实生活中的语言阅读技能。4通过谈论谁是合适的student helper来继续巩固运用目标语言。Self Check 2考查五个形容词的用法及区别形容词比较级与原级的使用。Self Check 3运用比较级对比自己和好友。2. 学情分析本单元话题内容贴近学生生活实际,同学们感兴趣,有话可说,有话愿说。在新目标英语七年级(下)第七单元 What does he look like?中曾学习过一些描述人物外貌特征的词语,如: s

3、hort, curly, straight hair, medium build, thin, heavy, blonde等,在学习本单元有关人物性格特征的单词时,可以温故而知新。学习语法知识点“形容词的比较级”以及人物比较的表达时,应紧密联系学生实际,就地取材,拿身边的人或物进行对比,由词汇变化到句子,再由句子扩展到语篇,使每位学生都能使用正确的语言结构描述人物特点和进行人物比较,能自由谈论自己的好朋友,以及他们之间的异同。3. 单元目标与重点难点语言能力: Talk about personal traits and compare people:in this unit,students

4、 learn to talk about personal traits and use some adjectives to describe and compare people.思维品质:根据学生班级的真实情况,鼓励他们用班上同学的实际情况进行比较,培养学生的想象力、自信心和合作精神。由于学生基础差,在教案设计中采用先易后难的教学模式,逐渐加深教学难度,让大多数学生都能跟上教学步奏。学习能力: Be able to talk about personal traits.Use some comparative forms of adjectives and adverbs to desc
