3、21.0 Purpose目的To define the minimum Environment, Health & Safety requirements relating to providing all newly employed project personnel and visitors with the information on EHS Manual and familiarization with workplace procedures that requires them to act in a safe manner at all time at UBR Project

Contractors may, however, when agreed through UBR project engagement processes,
5、utilize their own standards and procedures in so far as the requirements of their standards are at least equivalent to those of this Standard, the UBR project standards and those of applicable National and Local regulations which should be read and complied with in conjunction with this Standard. 这个
