2、岗位职责 初级药剂师 p1 pharmacist position summary: under general direction of the senior pharmacist/pharmacy director, the pharmacist performs a variety of professional level functions to assist in providing patients with optimum pharmaceutical care.药剂师在高级药师/药学部主任的指导下从事药学专业工作,帮助病人并为病人供应最优的药学服务。 二、 1.essenti
3、al tasks: provide optimal pharmacy service执行供应最志向的药学服务; provide dispensing and checking service to ensure medication is issued to outpatient/inpatient patients efficiently and accurately供应审核处方和配药服务,以确保正确的药物被有效地安排; assist in inventory management including restock, calculate cycle time and periodic in
4、ventory check.帮助库存管理,包括补货,库存周期计算及库存盘点; provide patient medication consultation and education based on doctors order为患者供应有关如何正确用药及遵医嘱的询问; assist superior pharmacist to do other assigned responsibilities to assure pharmacy service quality.帮助上级药师完成其他指定职责,确保药学服务质量; pharmacist in pivas adheres to safety

11、s/certifications: entry requirements: bachelor in clinical pharmacy or pharmacy 药学、临床药学全日制本科; minimum 2 year work experience in a hospital/community pharmacy两年以上医院或社区医院药房相关阅历。 pharmacist license or above by ministry of health 卫生部颁发的药师(初级)及以上的职称。 preferred attributes / exposure: bachelor or above in
12、clinical pharmacy or pharmacy药学、临床药学全日制本科以上学历; first degree is bachelor for master or above 硕士以上学历第一学历为全日制本科; narcotic license by ministry of health 上海卫生部门颁发的麻醉药品及精神药品证书; working experience in tertiary hospital pharmacy or international hospital pharmacy三级医院药房或国际医院药房工作阅历; working experience in pivas
