Provide a visual security presence to ensure that the visitors have a safe and pleasant experience while visiting the center. Ensure that all electronic and mechanical systems relating to security
2、 are functioning properly. 2. Responsible for guard force management at all VACs. 3. Safe guard and protect company assets and provide a safe and secure work environment for employees, vendors, contractors visitors. 4. Ensure life safety of all inside VAC and institute loss prevention measures to pr
3、event incidents/accidents. 5. Recommend countermeasures to ensure security of people, assets and processes in regular consultations with operations teams. 6. Accountable for maintenance of automation security system. 7. Ensure compliance with VFS Global defined information security policies and proc
4、edures applicable to the role. 8. Ensure all critical service levels are met and contractual obligations compiled to, with deviations reported through incident report framework. 9. Ensure implementation of security policies and procedures. Prepare, plan, coordinate, and manage an inspection program
5、for compliance by business interests with best practices of physical security policies requirements. 10. Ensure reporting and handling of security incidents. 11. Conduct awareness training for all employees, contractors and vendors. 12. Participate in investigations of suspected information security
6、 misuse or in compliance reviews are requested by auditors and/ or conduct investigations as mandated by Head Corporate Security. 13. Assisting the security manager in implementing and administer the common security controls such as privilege IDs management, patch management monitoring etc. 任职要求: Qu
7、alification Education: Minimum: college or above Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience Knowledge Skill: Mastery of English, Mandarin, Cantonese. Knowledge of the principles, techniques, current trends, laws, policies and programs related to corporate security and investigations. Good customer service skills Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written) Good team player Good problem solving skills. 3
