Yes, there’s one in front of the post office? (3)To learn to write sentences using prepositions of place The post office is next to the bank and across from the park. The hotel is in front of the park 3. 理解、翻译并复述运用本页书的插图所编写指路和问路对话。 二、学习策略:能在听的过程中将所获取的路线指引信息转换为视觉图形并且也能通过快速浏览将图文信息进行匹配。 三、情感态度:① 通过运用简单的问路和引路的交际用语,学会相互合作,培养乐于助人的精神。② 通过运用问路和引路的交际用语,帮助各个层次的同学树立自信心,敢于用英语进行交际 四、教学重难点 1. 教学重点:there be 句型的一般疑问句及其肯定与否定回答,以where引导的特殊疑问句的构成。 2. 教学难点: Ask for and give directions on the street. Teaching and learning steps: Step 1. Previewing Put the following into English orally, and then write them down without looking at the book. Consolidation: 让学生翻译完后,观察这些例句,然后回答这些问题: 1. there be结构一般用来表示什么含义?there be 结构的主语是什么? 2. 含有there be 结构的句子,一般什么时候用动词is,什么时候用are? 3. 如果there be结构的句子的主语由几个并列的名词构成时,动词用is 还是are? 4. 归纳there be句型结构和肯定、否定和疑问句式。 5. 思考一下“there be”和“have”的用法区别。 【Summary】 1. there be 结构一般用来表示“某地有某物或某人”。 2. 当句子的主语是单数可数名词或不可数名词时,动词用is; 句子的主语是复数名词时,动词用are。 3. 当句子的主语是由几个并列的名词构成时,动词be由第一个名词确定,即“就近原则”。 4. (1)构成:There be+某物/某人+某地(其中there是引导词, 没有词义; be是谓语动词; “某人/某物”是主语; “某地”在句中作状语, 多为介词短语)。 (2)句式   1. 肯定句: There be+名词+地点。   2. 否定句: There be+not+名词+地点。   3. 一般疑问句: Be+ there+名词+地点?   (注意其答语仍要用there, 如一般现在时的肯定答语是Yes, there is/are. 否定答语是No, there isn’t/aren’t. ) 5. there be与have的区别   1. There be句型表示“有”时, 侧重于客观, 表示“某处有(存在)某人/某物”。   2. have强调所属关系, 表示主语“拥有”。   3. 如果表示部分与整体的关系时, there be和have这两种表达方式可以互相转换。 【口诀记忆】 There be 句型的用法口诀 There be 句型有特点,主语跟在be 后面; 单数名词用is, 复数名词are 记全。 否定句be 后not 加,疑问句be 在there 前。 介词短语表地点,“有”表“存在”记心间 (设计意图:通过写的训练强化语法学习,突出where和there be句型以及描述事物的所在位置的介词和介词短语。) Step 4. Practice Task1. Ask the students to look at the map and answer the questions. (3a) Have Ss work in pairs. Ask and answer according the picture and the questions. And then write down their answers.
