0.2 8万t,矿井可采储量2 3 7 7 5.7 8万t o矿井服务年限为7 0.8 a o三、采煤方法设计。本矿采用综合机械化采煤,综采面长2 8 0 m,日进6刀,本矿井田共分为1 0个采区,矿井采用走向长壁后退式采煤法,全部垮落法管理顶板。四、矿井通风设计。根据矿井开拓开采条件,确定矿井通风方式为两翼对角式通风,风量分配由内向外计算,工作面使用“U”型通风,掘进工作面用局部扇风机压入式通风,根据通风容易、困难时期的最大阻力选择6 2 A l 4 T 1 N O 2 4型主扇,矿井用反风道反风,主扇及电机选型合理,通风成本较低。五、矿井安全技术措施。范 各 庄 矿1 2煤层具有较强的自燃发火性,发火 期1 0个月,矿井设计利用汽雾阻化剂防火,综采工作面阻化剂日喷洒量为9.5 0 m:/d。同时,粉尘危害问题较大,本设计也将进行综合防尘措施及洒水、注水系统设计。专题部分题目是范各庄矿立井提升系统安全评价。主要讨论了从分析矿井的生产过程出发,借鉴质量管理的过程方法,建立了以矿井生产过程为中心的安全管理模型,并结合职业健康安全管理体系(0 H S M design consists of three parts:the general part,the special part andtranslated part.The general part is the new mine design of 2.4Mt per year in fangezhuangcoal mining bureau,which consists five parts.Part one:Mine fields general conditions.The geological structure in thismine is much more simpler,The run of the minefield is 8.0 km,the width is about3.92km,the area is 27.8 km 2.The seven is the main coal seam,and its dip angle is12 degree.The thickness of the mine is about 3.90 m in all.Part two:Opening-up exploiting design.According to the occurrence ofcoal seam of Lvjiatuo and the design norms of the Ministry of coal Industry,themine decides to employ the exploiting method of two levels and deepening bysub inclined shaft,the main shaft skip install skip and the auxiliary shaft installcage,the proved reserves of the minefield are 337.0028 million tons.Therecoverable reserves are 237.7578 million tons,its design service life is 70.8years.Part three:Design of exploiting coal method.The designer uses fullymechanized mining to fit the production capacity.Fully mechanized mining faceis 280 m,six round ships per day.The coal field is divided by ten working areas.The coal mining method is ling wall retreating system on strike.Full-roof-cavingmethod is employed after mining.Part four:Design of mine ventilation.On the basis of opening-upexploiting conditions of Lvjiatuo,the designer decides to the two wings oppositeangles ventilation system is used in the mine.The method of splitting air flowquantity is based on calculating from interior to exterior U ventilation system isused in faces,driving faces make use of local fan to proceed exhausting method.By biggest,the“62A14-llNo24 main fan is selected,reversing turn is appliedto reverse air flow.Part five:The mineral well safe technique measure.Because the 12 coalseam in Lvjiatuo has spontaneous combusbility,ignition period is from eight toten monthes,the designer uses vapour separating agent in gob areas,Fulllymechanized mining face consumes 9.50m3/d.In the meantime,The dust bandsproblem is bigger,This design will also carry on comprehensive dust palliativemeasure and sprinkle water,note
