……………………………………………………………最新资料推荐………………………………………………… KC021-1 CHANGZHOU INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY 毕 业 设 计 说 明 书 题目: 汽车发动机装配车间带式运输机传动装置的虚拟设计及运动学分析 二级学院(直属学部): 机电工程学院 专业:机械设计制造及其自动化化 班级: 08机三 学生姓名: 陈瑜 学号: 08010302 指导教师姓名: 刘羽 职称: 副教授 评阅教师姓名: 苏纯 职称: 副教授 2012年6月 最新精品资料整理推荐,更新于二〇二一年一月二十四日2021年1月24日星期日13:08:20 摘 要 本文首先介绍了带式输送机传动装置的研究背景,阐述了齿轮、减速器等的相关内容;根据带式输送机传动装置的结构设计,论述电动机,传动装置的总传动比及其分配,传动装置的运动和动力装置参数,带传动设计,密封与润滑轴承的选择,轴的设计,键的选择,减速机箱体的设计,减速器附件设计,齿轮传动设计,齿轮和轴的选择及其基本参数的选择和几何尺寸的计算,两个主要强度的验算。 本文完成了减速器的机械设计后,利用Solidworks软件的有关命令完成一个一级圆柱齿轮减速器的三维模型及齿轮、轴、箱体等各个零件的三维建模,通过各个零件之间的配合关系加以约束,将各个零件模型装配起来,标准零件由Toolbox导入,装配到减速器实体中去,完成装配体,并利用该软件生成二维工程图,用干涉对零件各个部分进行检查,通过修改配合约束或者尺寸大小,消除零件之间的干涉情况,通过Solidworks软件插件Cosmosmotion的仿真运动功能,检查、优化设计方案,观察齿轮的啮合情况,并在最后输出齿轮啮合的动画。实现了减速器的运动仿真,完成了减速器在计算机上的虚拟设计。 关键词:带式输送机 传动装置 SolidWorks 减速器 三维建模 仿真 ABSTRACT This text introduced a take type to transport the research background that the machine spreads device first, passed to carry on detailed analysis to the reference and elaborated wheel gear and decelerate the related contents of machine etc.;In the technique route, discuss wheel gear and stalk of choice and it the choice of basic parameter and several the calculation of the size, checking of two main strength calculated etc. some technique problems for considering needed to do introduction in this design;Designed writing to build up schedule for the graduation, provided instruction for later design work.End, give some references, can use to check related data, bring convenience for own design. The paper completed the mechanical design of the gearbox, used Solidworks software to complete the three-dimensional model of gearbox and gear, shaft, tank and other parts of the threed imensional modeling, related the various parts and components to the assembly model byconstraint, imported the standard components from the Toolbox, assembled the reducer entities to complete the assembly and used the software to generate two-dimensional engineering drawings, parts used to interfere in various parts of the inspection, by modifying the size constraints or eliminating interference between the parts through Solidworks Simulation software plug-in motor function Cosmosmotion to check and optimize the design, observed the mating gear and the meshing gears in the final output of the animation. The realization of the motion simulation of the gearbox was completed based on the computer virtual design.
