Nantong CBD embraces its unique setting, creates a memora
4、ble skyline and landmark legible to the city as a destination, not only as an example of a contemporary CBD but a place at one with and sympathetically in tune with a respect for and desire to embrace sustainiability; economically, socially and ecologically.Nantong CBD is strucured as 2 distinct but

The workplace district is located to the north of the canal around a workplace canal side garden amenity.The mixed use traditionally inspired retail environment completes the garden to the south of the canal, with a series of variedly scaled pedestrian streetscapes connect
6、ing a diversity of intimately scaled but public spaces situated also to engage with the canal the workplace garden and the main commercial boulevard approaches to the site.Nantong CBD consists of Cultural Amphitheatre Stage and Pavilions, Public Gardens Plazas and Streetscapes, High Specification Of

8、utive Summary设计总结设计概念示意图蝴蝶方案在政府部门控制性规划基础上，吸取新阿姆斯特丹和悬浮立方体的优点，有犹如欧洲小镇式的亲和，有纽约华尔街的气势，有日本东京地下地上商业的紧密连同。我们相信这样的一个南通CBD在政府规划部门的管理和策划下，可以实现国际第三代CBD的理想。蝴蝶方案在建筑概念和城市设计上，对于河道和中央公园的价值高度认知，用一个卵形步行系统将南岸和北岸连接起来，并定义两个不同性质的临水广场。高档金融办公建筑高低有序错落，具有独特单体和群体建筑形态，犹如蝴蝶起舞；雕塑型的流线顶棚将不同的蝴蝶塔楼连接起来，形成内部到达廊道，大大提升场所地面层标志性。南岸小型商业区迂回
9、设计很多人性尺度的建筑和街道，广场，院落，力图实现欧洲人性化商业街区氛围。滨水标志性娱乐建筑犹如落在广场上一只蝴蝶，成为开放空间的亮点。最后方案用一条中央轴线从南至北将全部城市空间视觉贯穿。建筑体量注重与已建建筑的平衡和呼应，活泼而有序。创造令人兴奋的天际线，使得中央商务区在北部政府文化娱乐区和南部体育文教区中间靓丽起舞。蝴蝶方案人行步行组织有序，人车分行处组织好停车，换行，人车混行处注意控制车行速度，方向和行车时间。入口广场用喷泉，景观和广场空间形态创造良好的到达感。通过步行和开放空间系统设计实现不同场所的方便连接。设计总结Executive Summary南通CBD总体规划Nantong
