3、:本学位论文不属于保密范围，适用本授权书。本人签名:件电-日期:川d.W 导师签名:日期:4主:切E 北京邮电大学工程硕士学位论文通信设计工程项目的时间管理摘要近十年来，通信行业是发展最快的行业之一，通信能力不断增强，网络规模不断扩大，随着通信运营商的新二轮重组及30牌照的发放，今后若干年内通信网络仍将继续保持高速发展势头，在发展的过程中仍将面临着大规模的网络建设工程，通信设计单位如何在激烈的市场竞争中占领市场赢得客户是企业发展的根本。通过调查分析，通信设计市场上客户对项目设计时间进度、设计质量和服务最为关注，怎样满足客户对设计的时间要求是赢得客户的保证。本论文以项目时间管理理论为基础，以实际
4、项目的时间管理工作为依据对通信设计项目时间管理进行分析研究，通过研究帮助通信设计行业的项目管理者科学的、合理的分析项目时间管理状况，并运用科学的项目时间管理方法，实施有效的项目时间管理，从而达到对通信设计项目的进度管理进行有效控制和优化。将通信设计项目进度管理机制引入到设计院的日常经营管理工作中，对于通信设计单位更好地适应新形势发展需要，提高市场竞争力具有十分重要的意义。关键词:通信设计项目时间管理H 北京邮电大学工程硕士学位论文Time Management of Communication Design Projects Abstract Over the past decade, the
5、 communications industry has been one of the fastest growing industri. Communication ability strengthens unceasingly and the network scale expands continuously. With the communications operators new round of reorganization and the issuance of 3G licenses, communication network will maintain the rapi
6、d deveopment for years to come. In its course of development, large-scal巳ofnetwork construction projects are to come. How communication design units grab the market and wn the customers in the fierce competition is the fundamental of enterprise development. Through investigation and analysis, it was
7、 observed that customers of communication design are most concemed about the time progress of project design as well as design quality and service. How to meet the customers requirements on the time of designing is the key of winning customers. Based on time management theory of the project and time
8、 management work of actual project, this paper is to analyze and study the time management of communication design project, to help project managers analyze the conditions of p叫ecttime management scientifically and reasonably through research, as well as to cay out the effective project time managem
9、ent by using scientific method of project time management, so as to control and optimize progress management of communication design project effectively.
