1、WordSr. Production,Supervisor高级生产主管工作职责与职位要求职位描述： 工作职责： l负责管理生产运营小组的日常工作，确保完成生产目标； l协作质量团队，不断提高团队生产质量，降低客户投诉，提高客户满足度； l对团队成员进行技能培训、业务指导等。 岗位要求： l大专以上学历； l5年以上生产、服务运营管理工作阅历； l具备肯定的团队管理技巧和阅历。 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the daily activities and performance of team; Determine
2、daily staffing and work schedule for CAD Designers; Set goal Provide performance feedback to team members, and suggest remediation when performance issues arise; A portion of time is normally spent performing duties of CAD Designers; Maintain process, technology, and systems expertise to ensure prof
3、iciency and ability to coach and train others; Follow all established company policies and procedures; Apply and enforce established guidelines and working procedures of the corresponding operation; Suggest changes and enhancements of established guidelines; Train, coach, and mentor technicians to l
4、earn and improve their capability to perform all required duties; Support projects and improvement efforts ; Ensure good operating condition and use of the assets under their responsibility. Additional responsibilities: Ensure occupational safety and health of employees in charge. Report all unsafe
5、supervisor or human resources department conditions. Participate proactively in solving problems and team efforts to fulfill the objectives. Search for motivation within the team and foster a positive working environment. Develop reports to follow up on the required metrics. To promote teamwork. Per
6、form other duties assigned to them. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Direct the team in terms of discipline, order and good compliance with treatment protocols and policies of the company. Training and communicating to your team members on new methods and arrangements made by the Staff. QUALIFICATIONS T
7、o make this work in a successful manner, the individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE At least a Vocational School certificate with 2 years of experience leading workgroups. Diploma is preferred. Certificate of Dental Technician preferabl
8、y. General knowledge in computer programs. Good command of written and spoken English. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS Not required. SKILLS /COMPETENCIES Sr. Supervisor, Production must be aware of the process. Be familiar with the Windows environment. Having ability to learn efficiently so
9、ftware applications including 3D images, demonstrate high potential to learn, adapt and manage the company tools to track and improve own performance as well as the team performance under responsibility.
