小学英语教师随笔)阅读遇见更好的自己(小学英语教师随笔)阅读,遇见更好的白己林海霞郎溪县第三小学做一个英语老师已经有快十个年头了,英语是我的兴趣所在,我很热爱我的工作,也很愿意花心思让白己的教学更进一步,让学生学的更好这样才会有职业成就感,而不会有职业倦怠感下面是我的一些学习感悟和实践尝试,希望对同行们有所启发IhavebeenanEnglishteacherforabouttenyears.IamcrazyaboutEnglishandIhavedeeploveformyjob.Ofcourse,Iamwillingtopaycloseattentiontomyteachinginordertomakemyteachingbetterandbetterwhilemakingmystudentslearnbetterandbetter,inwhichway,Ihaveasenseofaomplishmentinsteadofburn-out.Thefollowingaresomeofmystudyingawarenessandpracticeattempt.IhopetheycanactivatetheenthusiasmofsometeacherswholoveEnglishandstudentsandarewillingtomakeaprogressonteaching.教师需要注重白身的示范引导作用。

想让学生爱上英语,学好英语,老师也应该是爱学习、对英语有兴趣,其次要具备一定的专业素养,所以做好常规教学的同时,老师也要做到“活到老,学到老”,想一切方法,找一切资源,看一些专业书籍来提高白己的专业水平,提高白己的专业能力Teachersneedtopayattentiontotheirowndemonstration.IfwewantourstudentstolearnEnglishwellandbeinterestedinit,weteachersshouldmakeourselvesanexampleaswellasimprovingourprofessionalquality.Sowhendoingourregularteachingwell,wemustbenevertoooldtolearn.Wemusttryourbesttofindsomeexcellentsoftware,learningresourcesandprofessionalbookstoimproveourprofessionallevelandabilities.图1是我里每天必学的课程,它们让我的口语突飞猛进,词汇量也是大增。

从中学习到的一些歌曲也能用到平常的教学中图2是我百度网盘里存的学习资源每天在上课、改作业结束后的间隙会看“一节好课”,做笔记,取长补短我个人专业能力无形中得到了提升,参加一些比拟大型的活动也是获得了不错的成绩Picture1isthecurriculumIlearneverydayinmycellphonewhichmakemyoralEnglishfurtherimprovedandsomesongscanputintomyregularteaching.Meanwhile,Ihaveaumulatedmoreandmorevocabulary.Picture2ismylearningresourcespreservedinthebaiduwebdisc.Whenfinishinghavingclassesandcheckingthehomework,Iwillwatchabrilliantlessonandmakenotes,thenimprovemyteachingaordingtomystudents'level.Ibenefitalotunconsciouslyandgetagoodteachinggradefromsomefamousactivities.图3和图4都是我在课余所看的一些对白己教学和专业开展有帮助的书籍,看完后白己获得了很多教学的灵感,明确了在教学过程中改良的方向。

比方我想写一篇教育教学论文,想了一个话题,跟词汇教学有关,没有理论的支撑,写出来的句子也难有说服力于是,我就仔细阅读图3和图4两本书,寻找对我有用的论点,我从不知道论文写什么,无话可写,写的太空洞到知道如何定话题,找材料,再写出好的文章我付出了努力,也有了回报Picture3and4aresomebookswhicharehelpfultomyteachingandprofessionaldevelopmentIreadaftertheclass.Forexample,Iwanttowriteateachingthesis.Igetatopicaboutvocabularyteaching,thenIreadthetwobooksofpicture5and6carefullyandfindsomepointswhicharehelpfultomythesis.Ifwewriteathesiswhichhasnotheorytosupport,thesentencescan'tbepersuadedbyothers.Before,Ididn'tknowhowtoandwhattowriteandwritewithshallowpoints.NowIknowhowtoassureatopic,findsomematerialsfromprofessionalbooks.Imakeeffortsandgetsomegoodresults.只上课不反思的老师不是一位优秀的老师。

我不满足于只教完这节课,而是喜欢结束一节课后坐下来对白己课上学生们遇到的、提出的问题或者学生们感兴趣的好的点子做一个小小的反思笔记做完笔记,思考白己的教学,然后做出改良,经验一点点积累起来的我的课堂不说学生多喜欢,至少是完整的、用心的课堂,学生们给我的回报就是我取得的不错的教学成绩,创作一些能培养、提高他们学习能力的、好的作品Itisnotanexcellentteacherwhojustknowstogivealessoninsteadofmakingateachingreflection.Iamnotsatisfiedwithjustgivinglessons.Iliketocalmdowntotakesimplenotesabouttheproblemsthestudentsfaceandsomegoodideasthestudentsareinterestedin.Afterthat,Iwillthinkaboutmyteachingdeeplyandmakeaprogress.Iaumulatemyteachingexperiencesinthisway.Nomatterhowmuchthestudentslovemyclasses,atleastitisapleteandfull-of-heartclass.Whatthestudentshavedonetomeisgoodteachinggradesandgoodworkswhichcandeveloptheirabilities.我通过反思、总结有了许多好的点子,就要在实践中检验它的效果,所以常规作业以外,我会布置一些创新的能提高学生能力的作业,很多学生完成的也出乎我的意料,通过这样的作业,学生们的思维开阔很多,英语的学习能力进步很多,不只局限于死的知识,而是学会运用。

更重要的是让我明白了,孩子们的潜力是无限的,有待我们去开发Afterhavingsomegoodideasthroughreflectionandsummarizing,Iwillputthemintopracticetofindoutwhethertheyareeffectiveornot.SoIwillassignsomecreativehomeworkwhichcandevelopthestudents'abilitiesbeyondtheregularones.Somestudentshavefinishedverywelloutofmyexpectation.Theyareinfinitelypotentialandwaitforustoexplore.Throughsuchopenhomework,theirthinkingbeesmoreopenandtheirlearningabilitiesbeestronger.Theylearntousetheknowledgeinsteadofinflexibleknowledge.教学永不止步于此,让我们继续努力,让教学之花尽情绽放Don'tletourteachingstophere.Let'sgoonmakingeffortstomakeourteachingflowersblossomwithourheart’scontent.简介:林海霞,郎溪县第三小学教师,现担任六1、2、3班英语教师。
