The Red Boat Spirit, with the core of “Initiative, Struggle and Dedication”, is intrinsically related to the basic task of university moral education. The Red Boat Spirit plays a leading role in setting up correct “three views”, strengthening ideal and be-lief, and cultivating noble moral sentiment for youth college students. Integrating the connota-tion and realistic value of the Red Boat Spirit into the work of moral education in colleges and universities, exploring a path combining knowledge and practice can effectively improve work quality.
