3、Xiaolei MasterofEngineering UrbanPlanningandDesignJune，2011 NortheastForestryUniversity大庆市五湖新区是大庆市建设“特大型城市、区域性中心城市、高科技现代化城市和生态园林型城市”的典型示范区，是东城区主要的发展建设区域。其滨水住区景观将是该区重要的城市公共空间之一，是市民进行交往、观赏、娱乐、休憩等活动的重要场所，是展现大庆城市生活与社会文化内涵的舞台。而随着大庆市经济更大发展、社会经济的转型，以及人们环境意识的提高，滨水住区景观己成为城市开发的新热点。本文以大庆五湖新区滨水住区景观为实际研究对象，对于城市滨
4、水住区的类型、景观构成、特性和影响滨水住区景观规划的因素进行了进一步的认识和总结，对城市水位学、景观生态学、系统论理论和可持续发展理论等滨水住区景观规划理论进行了研究学习，并对芝加哥滨水地区的规划、圣彼得堡波罗的海滨水城规划、天津子牙渔湾生态住区规划和苏州金鸡湖景观规划等成功案例进行了深入的探讨。本文运用调查分析的研究方法，通过对大庆市五湖新区现有滨水住区的调研分析，总结了其存在滨水生态结构破坏、住区景观与滨水景观割裂、滨水住区对湖的围合过度、文化生态系统被破坏等问题。基于大量理论学习和案例研究提出了五湖新区滨水住区景观将趋于多视角规划、整体性规划、互动性规划、生态性规划，提出重视营建活水网络
5、，重视展示湖区特色，重视建立规划导则的规划思路，并总结出可持续、开放性和地域性的规划原则。文章最后提出了五湖新区滨水住区景观规划对策。对于水域应加强对蓝线的规划控制，加强污染治理，连通五湖一河一库，规划生态亲水驳岸;对于过渡域和周边域提出了绿线控制规划、规划生态住区、规划生活次街、规划原生植物群落。同时，以笔者参与的北湖控制性详细规划进行实践性验证，为大庆五湖新区滨水景观规划提供了参考。关键词大庆;五湖新区;滨水住区;景观规划吞东北林业大学硕士学位论文AbstfaCt FiveLakesAreaofDaqingCity15eonstructionof” largeeity， regionale
