First,after you cut yourself ,you should run the cut under the water and put some medicine on it.Second,if you have nosebleed ,you should put the head down.Then you need to press the sides of the nose.By the way, don t forget to clean your face.Third , you must call at 119 when you see someone fall in the river by accident.After that ,you d better shout for help instead of jumping into the river to save him or her by yourself if you are not good at swimming.
