Wine buckets and stands are stored in the service bar area and only bring to the restaurant as required.2. Prior to the commencement of service, all buckets and stands should be cleaned, removing all water

3、 stains and marks.3. After wine has been ordered, inspect the stand and bucket for cleanliness.4. Place the wine bottle into the bucket so that it is mostly covered by ice5. Fill the ice bucket approximately full with ice and add a small amount of water.6. Place the ice bucket on the stand. Place a

4、folded service cloth over the bucket.7. Take the ice bucket and stand to the section attendant where they will use opening wine procedures to serve the wine.8. Ensure the service attendant is aware that the wine has been delivered.9.
