7、他们都是做什么工作的？”此类的问题。Ifanapplicantsrelativesworkedinlocalgovernmentoffices,thepublicsecurityofficeorcourt,whichmightbringrisktothecompany,theyquicklyendedtheinterview,Hansaid.韩宇奇说：如果求职者的亲戚在当地政府部门、公安机关或者法院工作，他们便会很快结束面试。因为这会给公司带来风险。”Failingthephysicals体检中的猫腻“Theexamfeewasactually60yuan,buteveryapplicantp
8、aid200yuan.事实上，体检费只需60元，但每个求职者却要交200元。”Applicantsalsoneededtosignacontractwiththecompanyafterpassingtheinterview,whichhadstrictrequirementsregardingeyesight,heartrateandbloodpressure.同时，求职者通过面试之后，需要和公司签定一份合同，其中，对于视力、心率、血压都有严格要求。Duringthehealthcheckup,Hanscolleaguesalwaystooktheapplicantsupastaircase
9、tothethirdfloor,thenquicklywalkedthemdowntothefirstfloorsayingthelinewastoolongonthethirdfloor.在体检时，韩宇奇的同事们总是会先让应聘者爬楼梯到三楼，然后又以土楼排队的人太多”为由将他们带回一楼。Butwhentheyreturnedtothefirstfloortheywerethentakenupthestairsagaintothesecondfloor.但刚一到一楼，他们就又被带到二楼。Thepurposewastodisturbtheapplicantsnormalheartbeat,mak
10、ingthemunabletomeetthephysicalstandard.这样做的目的是为了扰乱面试者的正常心跳，使他们无法过体检这关。Inordertoreducethesuspicion,thecompanyletafewjobseekerspassthehealthcheckupandarrangedawrittenexaminationforthem.Butexamineesweregivenonly10minutestofinishandnomatterhowthepaperwascompleted,theyfailed,Hansaid.他说，为了不引起怀疑，公司会让少数的求职者
11、通过体检，并让他们进入笔试环节。但笔试的时间只有10分钟。而且，无论成绩好坏，求职者都不会通过笔试。Goingundercover卧底行动Toexposethecompany,onApril12lastyearHancalledWuhan-basedChutianMetropolisDailyforhelp.为了揭发这家公司，去年4月12号，韩宇奇就打电话给武汉楚天都市报寻求帮助。AreportersurnamedZhousaidthatIneedevidence.SoIdecidedtogoundercovertocollectit,hesaid.他表示：位姓周的记者说我需要证据。所以，我就
12、决定当卧底来收集证据了。”Fromthenon,Hanprovidedalltheinformationhecollectedforthereportereverynight.Duringhis50days,hegotthecompanysfakebusinesslicense,itscontractswithemployeesandtheclinicregisterrecordatalocalhospital.从那时起，小韩每天晚上都会把当天收集到的所有资料提供给那位记者。在这50天的卧底行动中，他拿到了该公司伪造的营业执照，员工合同以及当地一家医院的登记记录。LastJuly,thelocalpolicearrestedLuoandXu.去年6月，当地警方将罗某与许某逮捕归案。Butbecausemanyvictimswereunwillingtotestify,thepoliceonlyfoundLuoandXuguiltyofcheating15applicantsoutof3,000yuan.但因为很多受害者都不愿意站出来作证，警方只能凭罗、许两人诈骗15名应聘者共计3000元的犯罪事实来定罪。
