5、eltasenseofachievement.Ofcourse,Ididotherfundamentalwork,suchascentrifugation,distillation,mediumpreparationandsoforth.Astimewentby,Icoulddosomeexperimentindividually,itrelievedsistersworkloadtosomeextent.Ingeneral,Iwasresponsibleformywork,Iwouldtrymybesttofinishthemtimelyandefficiently.Inmysparetim
6、e,whentherewasnoexperimentassignment,Iwouldmakegreateffortstosearchexperimentprincipalswhichareincomprehensibleforme.Inordertocatchadeeperinsightintomyexperiment,Iwouldreadsomeresearchpaperstoassistmeknowmoreabouttheexperimentissue.Tothispurpose,IlearnedhowtouseEndnotesoftwareindependently.Inadditio
7、n,Iparticipatedineveryweeksgroupmeeting,ithelpedmetobemorefamiliarwiththisworkpattern.Actually,itisanexcellentworkformat,itisnotonlyakindofworkload,moreimportantly,agoodwaytocommunicatewithothersinthegroup.Acquaintingmyselfwiththisworkpatternwillnoundoubtedlybenefitmyfuturework.Broadlyspeaking,Ifelt

10、ractice.Attitudeiseverything,Doingscientificresearchisatediousmatter,itispermeatedwithrepetition,frustrationandconfusion.Thereisapossibilitythatyouwillbesolitarywhenyoureachanunprecedentedlevel.Whenyoudoyourexperiment,itisinevitablythatyouwillbeconfrontedwithvariouskindsofdifficulties,youwilldefinit
11、elyfeelstressedout.Whatsmoredifficultytoendureisthatyoucanonlyaddressthesetroublesonyourown.Hence,tofacethechallengesandbearthepressure,Ishouldhaveabigheart.Keeppositiveandresponsibleperday.Thepowerofthinking,TheFrenchmathematician,physicistandthinkerBlaisePascalinhisbook“thethoughtrecord”,saidmanis
