2、ce London SW1H 9AJ (“we/us/our”); and (2) Your firm name:_ (“you/your”) whose principal office is situated at: _ (address) (the “Provider”).BACKGROUND(A) The purpose of this Contract is to ensure that the case is managed effectively by a Costed Case Plan including Key Stages approved by us:(i) to se
3、cure the best possible value for money;(ii) to increase the prospects of success; and(iii) so that, if the appropriate criteria in the Contract are no longer met, the case is ended promptly and in an orderly manner, without incurring unnecessary costs.(B) We wish to appoint you to provide Contract W
4、ork specified in your agreed Key Stage. You are willing to provide Contract Work and to accept such appointment on the terms and conditions of this Contract. Definitions1.1 The expression “Standard Terms” shall mean the Standard Terms 2010 or Standard Terms 2013 (as applicable). Words and expression
5、s defined in the Standard Terms shall have the same meaning when used in this Contract for Signature subject to Clause 1.3. 1.2 The following words and expressions shall have the following meanings when used in this Contract: “Contract” means the 2013 Individual Case Contract (High Cost Civil), whic
6、h is an agreement between you and us that consists of the Contract Documents; and“Contract Manager” means the SCU Case Manager, as specified in the Specification.1.3 For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Contract for Signature and the Standard Terms
7、(or any of the other Contract Documents) the provisions of this Contract for Signature shall prevail as further provided in Clause 12.1 of the Standard Terms (Contract Documents and precedence).2. Contract Period2.1 The Contract Start Date is the date when we first limit the Certificate to the work
8、set out in the Key Stage of the Costed Case Plan and is recorded above in this Contract for Signature. 2.2 The Contract Period shall be the period from the Contract Start Date (as defined in Clause 2.1 of this Contract for Signature) to either:(i) the date the final Claim for Contract Work has been
9、paid by us and there is no appeal in respect of the payment; or(ii) the date the final payment is made on the case following any decision made on appeal in respect of payment in accordance with this Contract; or (iii) the date that any decision to reject the appeal in respect of payment is made on t
10、he case in accordance with this Contract; or(iv) the date that we receive all payments owed to us under the Contract and information we have requested on costs, damages and the statutory charge,and the Certificate is no longer in force.2.3 The Contract shall commence on the Contract Start Date and w
11、ill, subject to early termination in accordance with the terms of the Contract (including this Clause 2), expire at the end of the Contract Period.3. Amendments to the Standard Terms for Providers 3.1 Clause 25.3 in respect of termination of the Contract by us shall be deleted and replaced with:25.3
12、 We may serve a written notice on you terminating this Contract immediately or on the date specified in the notice, where: (a) Clause 25.4(a) applies; or(b) we determine that the case covered by this Contract is likely to be within an actual or potential multi-party action (as defined in any relevan

Conditions4.1 We have granted this Contract on the following conditions:ConditionsNilWe may terminate this Contract pursuant to Clause 25.4(b) of the Standard Terms if you fail to meet any of such conditions. 5. Predecessor Bodies 5.1For the purposes of Clause 1.27 of

Annex 6.1 The Annex to this Contract for Signature sets out information and terms specific to you as at the Contract Start Date. This information may be updated from time to time in accordance with th

In such a case we may issue you with an updated Annex which shall form part of this Contract for Signature.By signing the below, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Contract for Signature and the terms and conditions of this Contract which can be found on our website.This Contract must be signed for you by a person who can bind you to it.
