1、SHIPBOARD DRILL PROCEDURES应急演习程序MV WRESTLERFire Drill1. Muster and prepare1.1. The crew who find fire should report to bridge or captain immediately. VHF radio, telephone and nearest fire manual switch can be use, fire fighting action should be carry out immediately after report if safety and possib
2、le. the nearest extinguisher is the first choice if possible.1.2. When crew is hearing fire-fighting signal, shall take required articles listed in“Card”and muster at assembly station within 2 minutes; preparing jobs including fireman s outfits, fire hoses and emergency fire pump should be carry out
3、 immediately, and the team leader should report to locale commander after stand by.locale commander should confirm is there anyone left in fire area, all crew at hand and all crew in correct wear then report to captain.2. Insulation2.1. Fire hoses should carried out spray and water cold to the cover
4、 area of the fire immediately after stand by.2.2. Locale commander should arrange insulation as captain s order.2.3. Close ventilations, shut down electricity source and oil valve;Inspectthe watertight door, fireproof door and fire prevention gate condition, etc.then report to locale commander , loc
5、ale commander report to captain.3. Detect fire3.1. Firemen should Inspect fireman soutfit before wear to ensure the air pressure ,airtight condition, low pressure alarm, searching light, etc. in good condition. The fireman also have to confirm the rope language one enter, two stop, three return with
6、 the teammate. Firemen should report to locale commander after all standby, the locale commander should report to captain.3.2. Detect fire as captain and locale commanderLiferospoerdmeur.st make fast on theshipbefore enter the fire area; the hose team must supply water cover when fireman entering th
7、e fire area, and the fireman should touch the watertight door with his back of the hand instead the palm of the hand all the time; the fireman should stoop himself when he is walking in fire area. The fireman can putout the fire by himself with any measure that he think safety and possible, or he sh
8、ould leave the fire area and report to locale commander.3.3. Fireman should report to locale commander the fire place, status, possible reasons of fire, etc. iffire already been put out he also should report to locale commander, then locale commander then report to captain.3.4. The hose team should cool down the outside area of the fireplace after put out the fire in case of re ignition, usually the temperature of a mass fire area need 10 hours to return to the normal temperature.6. Over again detect of fire6.1. The locale commander should report captai

Fire man should detect fire again to confirm is there any re ignition and report to locale commander, locale commander should report to captain.7. Recover and clear7.1. Only after the air condition become normal that enough oxygen f
