1、摘 要在我国国民经济发展行业中，钢铁行业占据重要比重。同时，工业、农业和交通运输业等诸多行业的发展离不开钢铁行业。但近期受到经济增速放缓和中美贸易摩擦的影响，钢铁行业备受打击，企业面临诸多财务风险。这些风险使钢铁企业面临生存和发展的挑战。鑫丰物资公司作为一家主要生产出售钢材的企业，在钢铁企业财务风险控制的研究上具有一定的研究意义。本文以财务风险管理相关理论为基础，结合鑫丰物资公司财务现状，从财务风险识别和防范两个方面对该企业进行财务风险管理的综合分析。另外，本文列示了鑫丰物资公司包括公司治理结构、业务范围以及财务状况在内的企业基本概况，通过具体的财务分析方法和企业风险识别方法对鑫丰物资公司在筹
2、资、投资和经营过程中以及市场环境的风险进行了具体识别，系统性地分析了其财务风险产生的原因；最后，通过对鑫丰物资公司问题提出相应的解决方案。本文希望通过这一研究，鑫丰公司能够对财务风险的防范对策有更加深刻的理解和更加灵活的运用，从而帮助其有效规避财务风险。关键词：鑫丰物资公司；财务风险；数据分析；对策研究ABSTRACTIn Chinas national economic development industry, iron and steel industry occupies an important proportion.
