1、基于AT89S51单片机的温度测控与报警电路设计作者姓名姜庆 专业班级2008050107指导教师郭勇摘要研究背景:随着时代科技的进步和发展,单片机已经普及到了我们生活的点点滴滴。 而温度是一种最基本的环境参数,人民的生活与环境温度息息相关,随着人们生活水平的 不断提高,对生活质量的要求不断提升,自然会更加关注跟人身体健康密切联系的温度; 同时在工业生产过程中经常需要实时测量温度,尤其是在高危生产行业依靠人工检测既浪 费时间,物力,人力,又有一定的危险性,且测量的数据也不准确。在农业生产中也离不 开温度的测量,各种农作物的生长都跟温度有直接的联系,掌握了温度的变化就可以更好 的控制农作物的生长

2、。温度的测量对我们意义重大,我希望通过利用单片机的测温系统, 详尽描述利用数字温度传感器DS18B20开发温度测试的过程,能够对温度的测试的领域做 出更好的研究,并且对如今飞速发展的单片机技术有一定的研究和了解。研究内容:本文研究以AT89S51单片机为核心的温度控制和报警系统的设计方法。主 要实现全自动智能温度控制,使负载能够正常工作。本设计的主要研究内容如下:一、分析本文的研究意义、以及当前国内外对本文及其相关领域研究现状,然后提出 本设计的总体框架和设计方案。二、研究温度智能控制的原理,得到温度检测、控制及报警电路相应模块的实现思路, 做出相应架构框图。三、重点研究该系统中各核心模块的的

3、详细设计方案,并对电路设计进行仿真,了解 其能实现的功能,得出结论和分析。章节安排:本文的章节安排是按本文的研究内容展开讲述的,其中,第一章提出本文 研究意义、以及当前国内外其相关领域研究现状;然后第二章对温度测控及报警电路的总 体设计进行分析,提出总体框架和设计方案,并对系统各核心单元进行深入设计研究;第 三章对温控的硬件设计各个单元进行详细的论述,并给出设计电路图。第四章对温控的软 件部分进行解释,并论述调试过程。第五章将设计软硬件结合,进行仿真调试,得到仿真 图并得出仿真的结论和分析。最后在展示了本文的研究成果,并对本文研究工作进行了总 结,对未来研究工作进行了展望。研究成果:本设计是基

4、于AT89S51单片机的温度测量、控制及报警电路设计,电 路中使用DS18B20数字温度传感器进行温度采集,省去了 AD转换的过程,使设计结 构简单,稳定性高。同时为保证负载的正常工作,在报警电路之外又加入控制模块, 可以通过单片机的控制加热和降温模块,使环境温度在尽可能的情况下达到负载要 求,实现电路的智能性。且控制模块是由弱电控制强电,增加了操作人在使用整个设 计中的安全性。关键词:AT89S51 DS18B20温度控制报警Based on AT89S51 temperature measurement andcontrol and alarm circuit designAbstract

11、gn and the design scheme of the overall framework.Second: The intelligent control of temperature principle, get the alarming circuit temperature testing and control the implementation ideas of the corresponding module, make corresponding structure diagram.Third: Key research in the system of the cor

12、e module of the detailed design proposal, and the circuit design, and simulation understand its can realize the function, draw the conclusion and analysis.Section arrangement: This chapter is to press the arrangement on the content about. Among them, the first chapter put forward in this paper, the

13、significance, and the current research situation at home and abroad and its related areas; And then the second chapter of temperature measurement and control and the overall design of the alarming circuit is analyzed, and the overall framework and the design scheme, and the core of the system unit d

14、etail design research; The third chapter of temperature control hardware design each unit discussed in details, and give to design the circuit diagram. The fourth chapter of temperature control software part to explain, and discusses the debugging process. Chapter 5 will design with software and har

15、dware, the simulation commissioning, get the simulation diagram and that the simulation results and analysis. Finally in shows the result of this paper, and the study in this paper summarized the work, for the future were also put forward.Research results: The design is based on AT89S51 temperature

16、measurement, control and alarm circuit design, Circuit using digital temperature sensor DS18B20 temperature acquisition, tell the AD transform process, make a design of simple structure, high stability.
