1、 芪苈强心胶囊与重组人脑利钠肽联合治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的疗效分析 董建摘要 目的 探討芪苈强心胶囊与重组人脑利钠肽联合治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的临床效果。 方法 选取2015年10月2018年1月我院收治的扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者79例作为研究对象，随机分为研究组（n=40）与对照组（n=39）。在常规治疗的基础上，对照组给予重组人脑利钠肽治疗，研究组给予芪苈强心胶囊与重组人脑利钠肽联合治疗，比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后心功能。 结果 研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%，明显高于对照组的79.49%，差异有统计学意义（P关键词 扩张型心肌病;心力衰竭;芪苈强心胶囊;重组人脑利钠肽 R541.6
