1、 护理风险管理在普外病区手术患者安全管理中的应用效果 邹飞 杨丽珠 杨国庆摘要 目的 探讨护理风险管理在普外病区手术患者安全管理中的应用效果。 方法 选取南昌大学第三附属医院普外科病区2018年2月2019年3月收治的120例手术患者作为研究对象，按照不同的护理措施分为对照组（60例）和观察组（60例）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用护理风险管理，比较两组护理不良事件发生率、患者投诉率、护理安全质量合格率、护理满意度。 结果 观察组不良事件发生率、患者投诉率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）;观察组护理安全质量合格率、护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P关键词 护理风险管理;普外
