1、电商环境下企业财务管理问题及对策研究摘 要随着我国网民范围总数井喷式的增加，电子商务买卖范围愈来愈大，也愈来愈显现出其怪异的上风,成为当前很多企业追赶的新型买卖模式。在电子商务情况下企业的财务管理也要与时俱进,在思维、模式和方法等方面都要不断转变,收集财务管理也随之应运而生。基于此,对电子商务情况下企业财务管理现存的题目进行了阐发,并针对当前存在的题目给出了电子商务情况下企业财务管理完美的对策。本文钻研首要分为五个部门,第一部门对课题钻研布局举行先述,阐发了新时期电子商务成长的趋向和企业财务管理的趋向,并在此基础上联系国内外学者的钻研成果举行阐发,提出本文的钻研方式及论文布局,为后文的进一步阐

12、ey words: E-commerce environment,Financial management of enterprises,Problems and Countermeasures一、绪论（一）课题背景及目的当前信息科学技术的前进特别是收集办理技术的广泛应用，正在逐步形成必然电子商务情况，造成企业出产，办理等多方面的深入改变。企业财政管理模式是指企业为实现财政管理方针，而成立的财政构造布局，财政制度和财政信息系统的总称。企业财务管理模式一经构成，在必然期间表现出稳定性和协调性，但随着企业外部环境的不竭转变，其表现出动态成长的特征。 跟着收集信息技术的不断进步而发生和发展起来的电子
13、商务，作为收集经济时代的一种主流商务体例。通过阿里巴巴这个案例来研究在电子商务环境下企业财务管理问题出现的现状、成因以及后果，并结合电子商务实践探讨了我国企业现阶段开展电子商务针对所存在的问题采取的防范措施和对策等。 （二）国内外研究状况 针对电商环境下，国内外专家有过充分的调查和研究分析，为我国解决电商企业财务问题提供了重要的见解和提议，我也从中得到许多启发和部分数据资料，针对电商环境企业财务管理问题及对策筛选出部分专家的代表进行研究。1.国内研究现状永树理（2016）我国电子商务企业财务管理风险问题探析针对电商企业现存的初期比重大,运营风险较困难管控,财务会计要素难以确认,财务管理受内外部
