6、rter and rear-mounted multi-speed powershift reversing transmission.2变矩器的特点2 General of Torque Converter带有ZF液力变矩器的车辆,具有许多优点:The vehicle equipped with the ZF converter has following advantages:变矩器可以自动调节输出的转速和扭矩,使车辆根据路面状况和阻力大小自动改变速度 和牵引力的大小以适应工况的变化。 The Torque Converter can automatically change the ou

7、tput torque and speed of the transmission to meet the requirements of the vehicle at various road conditions and operating modes.该变矩器高效区宽、效率高,可充分利用发动机功率,获得更好的经济性。 The Torque Converter has high efficiency and wide range, so the engine can be operated more effectively and this results in good economy.

8、采用了以油为介质的液力传动,对车辆起到了缓冲、减振作用,提高了车辆的舒适性。 Since power is transmitted by hydraulic oil, reducing shock to the vehicle and it is more comfortable for operation.3 工作原理3 Operation principle变矩器由泵轮、涡轮、导轮组成。这三个轮子组成了一个液体流动循环的空间,ZF变速泵 不断地将油液冲入变矩器。因而变矩器才能起到它的作用,也即将发动机传来的扭矩增大, 同时变矩器产生的热量被循环油带走。The torque converte

9、r is composed of 3 main parts: impeller wheel . turbine wheek stator.These three impellers are arranged in such a ring-shaped system that the fluid passes through them in the above-indicated sequence. The ZF converter pump is constantly pressing pressure oil through the converte匚 This way, the conve

10、rter is able to accomplish its task, i.e. to multiply the torque of the engine. In the same time, the heat created in the converter will be absorbed by the escaping oil. 液流在从泵轮流入涡轮的同时,流动的方向和冲力的大小也被改变,涡轮力矩即输岀力矩的 大小根据负载的大小决定。液流紧接着从涡轮流入导轮,又一次改变流动方向后再流入泵轮, 导轮受到冲击力后,对液流有一个反作用力。The oil escaping from the i

11、mpeller wheel enters into the turbine wheel,where the direction of the fluid is reversed. According to the reversing moment, the turbine wheel, and with it also the output shaft, will receive a more or less high reaction moment. The stator (reaction member), following the turbine wheel, has the task

12、 to redirect again the oil, which is streaming out of the turbine, and to direct it in the correct direction into the pump wheel, the stator receives a reaction moment due to this reversing motion.涡轮扭矩与泵轮扭矩之比称作变矩比。变矩比的大小随泵轮与涡轮转速差的增加而增加,因 此,最大扭矩比在涡轮不转时发生,但是,随着输出转速的增加变矩比会降低。The relation between the tu

13、rbine moment/pump moment is called torque conversion. The conversion is increasing in correspondence with the speed difference between pump wheel and turbine wheel. Therefore, the maximal conversion takes place when the turbine wheel is stops, with increasing output speed the torque conversion is de

14、creasing.当涡轮转速为泵轮转速的80%时,变矩比为lo即涡轮扭矩等于泵轮扭矩。变矩器在此时起 到液力偶合器的作用。At the turbine speed of about 80% of the pump speed, the conversion becomes 1.0, i.e. the turbine moment is equal to that of the pump moment.
