2、供的信息。课标分解1. 能通过听对话，获取文本细节信息，选择或说出对话的主题；2. 能通过多层听，说出或补充完成对话的主要信息；3. 能在语境中猜出生词的意思，不妨碍听和阅读的理解。教材分析本次授课内容为外研社八年级上册第二模块第一单元。本单元围绕“My home town and my country”这一话题展开，通过了解深圳、香港两个城市的地理位置，地方名胜，地标建筑等内容，围绕单音节形容词的比较级这一语言现象，开展听、说活动，是一堂听说课。本课所学习的对两个城市的比较为第二单元内容的学习奠定了基础，使学生从简单到复杂，渐渐感知新的语言。学情分析八年级为初中的过渡年级，学生对新鲜事物充满
3、了好奇心，接受能力强，喜欢直观学习。但是随着年级增更高，学生参与课堂讨论的积极性有所下降，所以在新单元学习中应采取有效措施引导学生积极参与。另外，学生受地域及经济条件的限制对于深圳、香港这样的大城市只是有个非常粗略的总体印象，而对它们的一些具体概况，比如人口，著名景点的情况等了解并不多。如果单靠书本上的几幅图片，很难激起学生主动探究学习的兴趣。因此应在授课时考虑怎样降低学生的心理预期难度，激发学习兴趣。教学目标通过本课时教学，让学生能够：1. 在语境中认读下列词汇：hill, population, wide, pretty, than, million等；2. 通过听力和例句观察，初步感知形
