5、机构的在华分支机构和代表机构(房地产企业除外);在中国境内工作、学习时间超过一年的境外个人;港澳台居民和华侨。 购房类型:商品房(不可以购买公房和经济适用房) 购房用途:自用、自住 采取实名制(同时注明中文和外文姓名),并持有效证明(中国批准来中国工作、学习的证明) 特别提示:目前,京津地区已经暂停执行限制外籍人士在该地区购房所需的居住年限和所购房屋数量的政策。外籍人士在华购房置业之法律实务RealEstateTrRequirement for Real Estate TransactionsBuyers qualifications: Chinese branches and agencie
