1、2013-04题录英译集*基于质量价值流的装备大修精细化管理技术张乐伟赵亮清2,陈桂明)钱雅萍2(1.第二炮兵工程大学管理工程系,西安710025; 2.第二炮兵装备研究院,北京100072)摘要:针对装备大修要求的技术水平高、维修难度大、费用成倍增长等问题,利用科学合理的管理思想 与方法建立完整的装备精细化管理流程。从装备大修工作流程出发,应用质量价值流理论,以实现装备精细 化管理和最大质量效益为目标,围绕装备大修流程中各环节对质量价值目标的贡献,分析和识别流程中的非 增值部分,诊断流程中的浪费和变异,进而确定改进项目流程的关键过程和项目,以达到降低维修成本、缩 短维修周期、提高维修质量,实

11、c control system; modularity; embedded; signal conditioning *基于GO法和Extend的装备技术状态评估模型颜静波,赵金超,周跃(海军工程大学管理工程系,武汉430033)摘要:针对现有的装备使用决策研究难以说明所得评估值代表的物理意义的问题,重新定义了装备技术状 态的概念,提出一套基于GO法和Extend的装备技术状态评估的仿真建模方法。从使用者决策需求出发,给出 了技术状态的数学表达。采用GO法构建描述功能流程,提出GO模型向Extend仿真模型的转换规则,并利用 该规则,将GO模型转换成Extend仿真模型,进行技术状态的仿真评
