1、对侧巨刺法联合患侧关节松动术治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察【摘要】目的：观察对侧巨刺法联合患侧关节 松动术对膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例膝骨 关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。对 照组给予常规取穴配合膝关节松动术治疗，治疗组给 予对侧巨刺法配合患侧关节松动术治疗。2组均治疗3 周。观察2组临床疗效，以及治疗前后WOMAC疼痛 评分、关节活动度变化情况。结果：治疗组临床治愈 9例，显效13例，有效6例，无效2例，总有效率为 93.33%；对照组临床治愈6例，显效9例，有效11 例，无效4例，总有效率为86.67%, 2组比较，差异 有统计学意义（P【关键词】骨关节炎，膝；巨刺法；关节
