1、- .美的集团股利分配政策研究摘要上市公司股利分配是公司利润分配的一局部，是公司理财活动的核心容之一。恰当的股利政策，有利于上市公司在资本市场上树立良好形象,为其进一步开展创造时机和条件，公司股利政策的制定应以维持和促进公司市场价值为目标，充分协调股东利益和公司的长远开展。西方国家早在二十世纪五十年代便开场进展股利政策理论的研究，经过五十多年的开展已取得了巨大成果。我国随着股票市场的开展，上市公司越来越多，其股利分配政策各有差异，其中也存在许多不规的行为。本文以美的集团股份为样本，通过考察该公司近年来实际股利分配的情况，提醒公司所采取的股利分配政策，并横向比照其他类似企业，分析该公司现金股利的
