3、违约责任1、出租方未按时交付场地的，应向承租方支付违约金2、出租方因未按时(或未按要求)修缮出租场地，给承租方造成人员人身损害或财产损失的，应负责赔偿损失;3、承租方逾期交付租金的，除应及时如数补交外，还应支付违约金元;4、承租方违背合同，擅自将承租场地转给别人使用的，应向出租方支付违约金元，如因而造成场地毁坏的，还应负赔偿责任。第七条 免责条件1、因不可抗力的缘故是导致场地毁损或造成承租方损失的，双方互不承担责任。2、租赁期间发生场地动迁事议，本合同自行终止，租赁双方不承担经济责任。第八条 争议的处理方式本合同在履行中如发生争议，双方应协商处理;协商不成时;向人民法院起诉。第九条 本合同未尽
