9、iththeentrustedpaymentauthorization.b. incasepartybdoesnotsatisfythecriteriaofgettingtheloanthroughtheexaminationofthelendingbank,partybwillchoosethefollowingmethodsasthesolution:i)ii)3. taxesandfeesa. partyaandpartybshallpayallthetaxesandfeesrespectivelyinaccordancewithrelevantregulationsofthestate
10、andlocalgovernments.shallassistpartyaandpartybtocalculaterelevanttaxesandfees.throughnegotiation,partyaandpartybagreetobearthetaxesandfeesasfollows:foranytaxesorfeesunspecified,unclear,orchangedwiththepolicy,partyaandpartybshallreachaconsensusdaysbeforethetitletransfer,orpartyaandpartybshallmakethep
11、a ymentinaccordancewiththegovernmentregulation.feesincludingbutnotlimitedtopropertymanagementfee,utilityfeesforwater,electricity,gas,telephoneandothersbeforethehandoverofthepropertyisconcludedshallbebornbypartya.andthefeesaftershallbebornbypartyb.b.partyaandpartybmayentrusttopaytheaforesaidtaxesandf
12、eesandshalltransferthepaymentproof,receiptsandinvoicesissuedbyrelevantgovernmenttothepartiesthatmakethep ayment.withindaysafterthebankdecidesnottoprovidetheloan,partybshallraisetheremainingpaymentbyhimselfandpayincashtopartya.partybshallbearalltheexpensesoccurredduringthisperiod;terminatethisagreeme
13、nt,andpartyaandpartybshallrefundthemoneywhichhavebeenpaidtoeachother.partybshallbearalltheexpensesoccurredduringthispe riod.iv. titletransferagencyservicespartyaandpartybshallpreparethecertificatesandmaterialsfortitletransferandshallprovidechargeabletitletransferservicesforpartyaandpartybwithfees.v.
