1、Unit 1 Welcome to my new home!Lesson 2 教学设计教学目标用“There is There are ”介绍物品。用“There are”表示对复数物品的所有。掌握词汇：Living room, TV, sofa, armchair, ball教学重点用“There is ”询问单数事物。用“This are ”表示自己对复数物品的所有。注意对sofa，armchair，ball等重要名词的应用。教学内容1.There is2.There are 教学步骤Step 1 Warming up T（出示钢笔）：There is a pen in the class
2、room. S（出示两只钢笔）：There are two pens in the classroom. 反复操练，让每个同学都结合自身说一句该句型的句子。 Step 2 Presentation and drill 1、 T（拿起一本学生的书）：There is a book in the classroom. T（拿起两本学生的书）：There are two books in the classroom.板书并教学句型“There are two books.”。 2、 收集一些学生的笔放在讲台上，引导学生运用以下对话： S1: There is a book in my hand.S2
3、: There are two books in my hand. S1: There are three books in my hand.3、 出示教学挂图。 T(指着挂图上的一只猫)：There is a cat in the classroom.T(指着挂图上的两只猫)：There are two cats in the classroom.4、用同样的方法教学单词kite和ball。 5、听课文录音，让同学猜课文大致意思。 6、打开书，听录音，验证问题答案。 7、自由朗读，然后分角色表演课文部分内容。 Step 3 Practice 游戏 Completing the convers
4、ation.（补全对话) 将未说完的对话补充完整。如“There are two cats. Can you see them?”，可让学生补充“Yes, I can.”或“No, I cant.”。Step 4 Consolidation 1、 创设情景，自由会话。 情景：小米邀请小黑去家里做客，小黑看到了小米的卧室。小黑看到了一张床，两个沙发，四个风筝等等。S1: Look at my living room. S2: There is a new bed in the living room.S1: There are two sofas in the living room.S2: 让学生大胆发挥想象，自由创设其他情景进行对话。 2、评价。对学生在活动中的表现给予肯定和鼓励；培养学生用英语进行交际的能力。培养学生听音和辨音的能力。家庭作业熟读并背诵课文部分。对本单元进行自我总结。和同学用所学句型造句。
