为了指导和规范企业生产,促进涂漆件的产品质量,指导涂漆件的检验,特制定本标准本企业产品标准只适用于xxxxxxxx有限公司涂漆件的相关标准本标准不得与国家相关法律,法规相抵触xxxxxxxx1 范围本标准规定了xxxx有限公司涂漆件的技术要求、试验方法及检验规则本标准适用于本公司通机、机组及农机涂漆件的验收2 引用标准下列标准所包含的条文,通过本标准引用而构成本标准的条文本标准出版时所示版本均为有效GB484 车用汽油GB1729 漆膜颜色及外观测定方法GB1733 漆膜耐水性测定方法GB1734 漆膜耐汽油性测定方法GB1743 漆膜光泽度测定法GB1766 色漆和清漆涂层老化的评级方法GB/T1771-1991 色漆和清漆耐中性盐雾性能的测定GB/T6739-1996 漆膜铅笔硬度测定法GB/T9286-1998 漆膜附着力划格测定法GB19482-2004 摩托车和轻便摩托车燃油箱安全性能要求和试验方法3 技术要求3.1 对油漆的要求各型通机、机组及农机上的各种零部件在使用油漆及塑粉涂装时,对各种油漆生产厂家所供的油漆或塑粉,必须要有生产厂家的合格证和质量检验报告单及质保证书。
油漆和塑粉的外观和性能应符合有关标准的规定,方能投入使用3.2 对零部件涂漆前处理的要求3.2.1 黑色金属件的磷化处理,磷化后的产品磷化膜应完整,膜厚为3-6μm,膜层应厚薄均匀、连续,色泽成浅灰色至深灰色;结晶紧密细腻,无挂灰,无粗糙,无锈蚀,耐腐蚀性好;在焊接部位允许有轻微的变化和差异3.2.2 黑色金属件的喷丸处理,喷丸处理后必须清理干净,才能涂装环氧酯防锈底漆3.2.3 铝合金有色金属件,经过化学氧化处理或电化学阳极氧化处理,氧化处理的氧化膜应均匀完整,连续不断,色泽基本一致,结晶细密,耐腐蚀性好3.3 喷漆件表面质量的要求无论是金属件或是塑料件,坯件表面质量必须光滑平整,无凹凸不平,无碰伤、划伤痕迹和变形等缺陷3.4 漆膜外观要求及等级标准3.4.1 漆膜颜色应符合双方认可的标准色板或实物封样3.4.2 外观和等级划分3.4.2.1 漆膜外观表面应光滑平整,厚薄均匀,色泽一致根据整机状态下所处的位置进行分级3.4.2.2 检验等级的划分a. AA级——在整机状态下,能观察到的特殊表面,用 表示b. A级——在整机状态下,能够直接看到的表面、容易发生摩擦破损的表面,用表示。
c. B级——在整机状态下,通过一定角度的可视面,用 表示d. 特殊要求除外)b 塑料覆盖件的漆膜主要性能技术要求均参照油箱的标准执行3.6 油箱的气密性应符合GB19482-2004的标准3.6.1 由生产配套厂家,用0.03MPa的气压,对油箱作100%的气密性试验,浸渍在水槽中不低于30s,不得有漏气现象3.6.2 由主机厂家,用0.03MPa的气压,对油箱作100%的气密性试验,浸渍在水槽中10s以上,不得有漏气现象4 试验方法4.1 对所有金属件和塑料覆盖件的漆膜外观质量,按表1《漆膜外观等级标准要求》或GB1729的规定进行4.1.1 漆膜光泽度目测及参照GB1743的规定进行4.2 漆膜性能要求参照表2《漆膜主要性能技术要求》规定执行4.3 对漆膜主要性能的检查,均按以下国家标准规定的方法进行4.3.1 漆膜耐汽油性试验参照GB484和GB1734的规定进行。
