According to the reliability statistics, for TRANSIT replacement wheel delayed flights on the incidents, therefore make CES line maintenance of tires to normal wear standard, tire replacement and maintenance standards for damage, as well as to the related matters explanation, in order to reduce delays. 1、胎面的正常磨损更换标准 The normal wear replacing standards of tread pattern 1.1、飞后,STAYOVER在飞机本站或维护基地,装机轮胎上任一处沟糟磨平,必须更换 At the main base (or maintenance base), the tire shall be removed from aircraft if: The tread wear level reaches the bottom of any groove at any point of thePage 2 of 13tread surface. ≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈ 1.2、短仃(本站、或基地、或过夜站、或外站) TRANSIT(the main base, or the maintenance base, or the night stand, or the outstation) 1.2.1、胎面:对胎侧标志“F1”的轮胎,胎面上任一处正常磨损见第一层加强层或防护层 ,但未磨透第一层线,允许再飞不超过三次起落。

Tread pattern:For the tire with “F1” mark in sidewall, if the first reinforced ply (bias tire) or the protector ply (radial tire) is exposed at any point of the tread surface,but not grinding through the first ply line, allowed to fly no more than three landings. 注:如飞机在本站、或基地短仃,并有相应型号的机轮和足够的时间(短仃时间超过1.5小 时)则应按上述1.1、项要求更换机轮 NOTE: If the aircraft in this main base, or maintenance base for TRANSIT, the corresponding types of wheel is available and time is enough (TRANSIT time more than 1.5 hours) the wheel should be replaced according to requirement of 1.1. 1.2.2、胎面:对胎侧标志有“F2”,即表示有二层的加强层,轮胎上任一处正常磨损见第 二层线,但未磨透第二层线,允许再飞不超过三次起落更换。

Tread pattern:For the tire with “F2” mark in sidewall that has two reinforcing ply. If the second reinforced plies is exposed at any point of tread surface, but not through the second ply line, allowed to fly no more than three landings. 1.3、在正常情况下严禁将上述“F1”轮胎使用至见第二层线,“F2”轮胎使用至见第三层 线,此有可能危及飞行安全和导致轮胎报废 In normal condition, it is strictly prohibited to let “F1“ tires wear to see the second plies line, “F2“ tires wear to see the third plies line, this could endanger flight safety and lead to scrap tire. ≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈ 2、胎面损伤更换准则:Replacement standards of tread damage航线如发现轮胎损伤,空客飞机按SIL 32-121或相应的AMM(各机型)处理,发现以下轮 胎缺陷或损伤,要求在下次飞行前更换。

If tire damage is found, dispose the tire according to SIL 32-121 for Airbus aircraft or corresponding AMM(Each aircraft model). Before next flight remove the tires that have the defects or damage as follow: 2.1、胎侧割伤或开裂 Cuts or cracks on the sidewall如胎侧露出帘线或帘线损伤,应从飞机上拆下轮胎胎侧橡胶的割伤或开裂未达到帘线 ,不会影响轮胎性能,轮胎可继续使用(参见图4); The tire shall be removed from the aircraft if sidewall cords are exposed or damaged. Cuts or cracks in the rubber that do not reach the cord plies are not detrimental to tire performance. The tire can remain in service.(see figure 4).Page 3 of 132.2、鼓包 Blisters and bulges应立刻从飞机上拆下该胎(参见图5); The tire shall be removed from the aircraft immediately. (See figure 5). 2.3、沟槽开裂 Groove cracking (参见图6 See figure 6)如是沟槽开裂露出加强层(斜线胎)或防护层(子午线胎),则应拆下该轮胎; The tire shall be removed from the aircraft if the groove cracking exposes the reinforcing plies (bias tire) or the protector ply (radial tire). ≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈ 2.4、胎面割伤和扎伤 Tread cuts and puncture按以下要求判断是否可继续使用 According to the following requirements judge whether can continue to use. 2.4.1、在飞后(包括上述1.2、注1项) STAYOVER (including the above 1.2, note 1 item)☆:如扎伤和割伤穿透胎的加强层(斜线胎)或防护层(子午线胎)—— 更换机轮。

If Cut and Puncture penetrates the tire of reinforcing plies (bias tire) or protector plies (radial tire) --- Replace tire. 注:如目视无法确认扎伤是否穿透胎的防护或加强层,可参考图12的方法判断,或使用洗洁 精+水,以1比10的比例调制的肥皂液喷洒损伤处来探测检查机轮,若有少量气体渗出则表明 已伤及加强层或防护层线下部帘线 Note:If visual inspection cannot confirm whether Cut and Puncture penetrates the tire reinforcing ply (bias tire) or protector ply (radial tire), judge the condition by the method of figure 12, or spurt the soapsuds on the tire, the proportion of the water and detergent is 1 to 10, if there is a small gas leak indicates that ply that below reinforcing ply (bias tire) or protector ply (radial tire) is damaged. ≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈ 2.4.2、在其它航段,胎面割伤和扎伤深度限制 In the other flight course, tread Cut and Puncture Depth limit (CL)★ :如扎伤和割伤穿透胎的加强层(斜线胎)或防护层(子午线胎),但损伤未达 到以下的深度、长度、宽度的限制尺寸可使用至最近一个飞后更换。

If Cut and Puncture penetrates the tire reinforcing plies (bias tire) or protector ply (radial tire), but damage is not up to the following depth, length, and width, the tire can be used to recently a STAYOVER for replacement. 注意:割伤和扎伤深度限制(CL)自胎面的沟糟底部起测量(参见图7) Note:Cut an。
