为避免误解和歧义，本款上述事项为非穷尽式列举，除分包合同另有约定外，应包括一切直接费用和间接费用2.3.2 The unit price of this subcontract is the comprehensive unit price, includes but is not limited to the construction equipment, materials and losses, labor, quality inspection, installation, defect repair, management, compensation, operation and other costs, fees, taxes, insurance, profits, temporary works, measures, maintenance costs, which are necessary for completion of the Works within the Work scope and engineering standards hereof, in addition to all direct and indirect costs of the application for the permits and licenses which construction required and all risks, liabilities and obligations related to the Works as expressed or implied in the subcontract. 2.3.2.4 In the event of disagreement between the Contractor and the Subcontractor on the actual quantity of work performed, the quantity of work signed for conformation by the Owner and/or the Engineer shall be the basis for settlement and payment.2.3.3 分包合同单价不可调整2.3.3 No adjustment of the subcontract unit price2.3.3.1 本分包合同单价不可调整，不因分包合同存续期间的工程所在国或中国的人工、材料价格、设备价格上涨、工程所在国货币汇率或人民币汇率的波动、税费的增减或其他不可预见的变动做出任何调整和市场价格波动为避免模糊和误解，本款涉及分包合同单价的因素是指一切和所有因素，包括本款列明的因素以及整个分包工程工期和延长工期内任何调整和市场价格波动2.3.3.1 The unit price of this Subcontract is non-adjustable and is not subject to any adjustment and market price fluctuation due to increase in the price of labor, materials, equipment in the country where the Works are to be carried out or in China, fluctuation in the exchange rate of the currency of the country where the Works are located or the exchange rate of RMB, increase or decrease in taxes or other unforeseen changes during the life of the Subcontract. For the avoidance of ambiguity and misunderstanding, the factors in this paragraph relating to the unit price of the Subcontract are all and any factors, including the same set out in this paragraph and any adjustments and market price fluctuations throughout the duration of the Subcontract Works and extensions thereof.2.3.3.2 为避免误解和歧义，如分包合同约定分包合同可根据第 18 条[变更]、第20条[因法律改变的调整]或第23.2条[物价波动和汇率引起的价格调整]调整分包合同价格，则分包合同价格可予调整。
