改 建 铁 路 通辽至大虎山铁路电气化改造工程 (大郑线 K164+100~K247+000 段) 环 境 影 响 报 告 书 改建铁路通辽至大虎山铁路电气化改造工程(大郑线 K164+100~K247+000 段)环境影响报告书 i 前前 言言 既有铁路大郑线大虎山至通辽段(简称南大郑)是东北西部齐齐哈尔至大虎山第二南北大通道的主要组成部分,是平行于哈大线、纵贯东北西部地区的重要铁路干线,也是中俄贸易的后方通道,同时,大郑线还是由北平齐(齐齐哈尔~太平川)、南通让(太平川~通辽)和南大郑(通辽~大虎山)组成的东北西部干线的重要组成部分本段铁路主要承担黑龙江西北地区、各口岸与吉林西部、辽宁地区、管内的客货运输,兼顾沿线客货运输需求,在东北路网中具有十分重要的作用 通辽至大虎山铁路(大郑线 K164+100~K247+000)是南大郑的铁路的重要组成部分,线路南起于南大郑铁路辽宁省与内蒙古自治区省界,向北经过内蒙古通辽市的科尔沁左翼后旗、科尔沁区,终至通辽西车站,既有线路长 82.9km,车站 3 座,现状为内燃牵引 本段铁路的电气化改造工程,是适应国家能源发展政策的需要,对于提高铁路技术装备水平、实现铁路现代化建设、节约运营成本、节能减排、提高效率等方面都有重要意义。
